A special tribute to our Mother “Nona”, Rosa D. Loiodice.
A Rosé for those who appreciate a serious style. This wine
was barrel fermented and barrel aged for 15 months, with
monthly stirring during a slow malolactic fermentation.
We crafted a Rosé with refreshing layers and complexity
quite different from the typical style. Generous summer
strawberry and red cherry aromas lead the way. Taste
this wine and you’ll be reminded of the season’s first
rhubarb pie topped with crème fraiche. Light toasted
notes, layered with cinnamon and cloves, bring this
inviting wine to a close. Served nicely chilled as well!
Unfiltered and unfined.
