From Bacigalupi Vineyard on the east side of Westside road, this Petite Sirah is a deep, dark, inky purple. Aromas of grape jelly, figs, and vanilla are complimented by a mushroom earthiness and spicy black pepper. The wine has a very bold mouth feel with chalky tannins and flavors of ripe berries, cinnamon, tobacco, and leather. The big tannic finish lingers with fruity phenols and dried fruit.
